About Us
This grant will be awarded to dedicated and motivated individuals to support the pursuit of higher education. We hope to prepare the youth for successful careers and meaningful futures. Scholarships will be awarded each year to the most qualified applicants as chosen by our panel of judges. The winners of the scholarship will receive a minimum of $300, and up to a full year's tuition paid directly to their high school. Award amounts will vary year to year, depending on the number of recipients.
Our vision for the future includes mentoring, resume building, counseling and preparation for college, and career preparation. As such, we consider LinkedIn a valuable tool. And we will be using LinkedIn to guide participants in the proper use of social media in education and career advancement.
Winners will be featured on the website, and repeat winners will be expected to post their award on their LinkedIn profile.
